Returns & Refunds

At UK Card Crafts, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, most items can be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they’re in their original packaging and unused. To arrange a return, please fill out the contact form below or reach out to us via email. All returns and refunds must be arranged online.

Exclusions

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

• Custom-printed items such as printed card or paper products
• Digital downloads

Return Process

When returning an item:

1. Ensure the item is in its original packaging and has not been used.
2. Include a copy of your invoice and a written reason for the return. This will help us improve our service.
3. At a minimum, please include your name and address inside the parcel so we know where the return is coming from.
4. Obtain proof of postage or use a tracked service, as you are responsible for the item(s) until they are received by us.
5. Please note that the cost of return postage will be at your expense when the item is not faulty.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 1 working day of receiving the returned item(s), provided they meet our returns criteria. Please note that delivery costs are non-refundable unless the item(s) arrived damaged or were sent in error (e.g., wrong item received).
